Timber frame for sale.
The unique features include: hand hewn posts for an English tie joint and Japanese scarf joints in the wall plates and in the whole build only traditional joinery is used. The frame is build by the carpenters of the Northmen guild.
Outside dimensions of the frame 15,30 meter x 5,8 meter (88,75 m2). Highest point is 5 meter.

Current design has one main room 65,85 m2. 1 smaller room 22,9 m2.

Options to build a loft above the smaller room.

The frame can be sent with windows, doors, roofing material, insulation, outer wall cladding, flooring and other items.
It can be ordered as a self installation package or under agreement the frame can be installed by the Northmen guild installation team.
