Timber frame for sale.

This totally unique timber frame is build by the Northmen guild using only traditional hand tools.
The features include: a Jeti sill on 2 sides (this is a second floor hanger over the
first floor), very interwoven wall joinery, a big entrance room and in the whole build only
traditional joinery is used.
Outside dimensions of the frame: 18,3 meter x 7,3 meter (133,6 m2). Highest point is 7,6 meter. Current design has one main room (70 m2), 4 smaller side rooms (6,8 m2 each) two main side rooms (14,4 each m2), 2 loft rooms (16,2 each) and the option to use the attic.
The frame can be sent with windows, doors, roofing material, insulation, outer wall cladding, flooring and other items. The frame is also very well suited for infill wall insulation (fachwerk). It can be ordered as a self installation package or under agreement the frame can be installed by the Northmen guild installation team.
